Are the prices per person or per vehicle?
Our prices are PER VEHICLE. A 4-seat taxi can carry 4 passengers plus the driver. So, if you are a group of four you will pay the same as a person traveling alone.

Do you have taxis for 5 passengers?
We have a limited number of 6-seat taxis that can carry up to 6 passengers plus the driver. So, for a group of 5 we can offer a 6-seat taxi.

Do you allow pets?
Pets are allowed, provided that you inform us in advance. In such case we can bring a special box for carrying pet. As per the law, pets outside the box are not allowed. We are strict on that as this is a matter of safety.

What is included in the price?
For taxi transfers: Everything. Unlike most existing services, our prices are final and include any unexpected waits, taxes, tolls, parking, etc. What you pay covers absolutely everything and you won’t need to take anything more.

How do I make a reservation?
It’s very easy! All you need to do is fill the form on the right and we will contact you with more details.

What happens if after I made a reservation, my travel plans changed?
Don’t worry, if you decide to cancel please inform us as soon as possible. In case of flight delay you still do not need to worry because we monitor the arrival time of all fights and we will know what time you should arrive. No extra cost is charge in case of fight delays.

I have already made my reservation, but still haven’t received the reservation confirmation email.
If you have already completed the reservation process on our site, and still haven’t received your reservation confirmation email, please check your SPAM and make sure our e-mail wasn’t mistakenly filtered out of your inbox. If you have any questions, just contact us.
